Executive and Administrative Assistant (M/F, 80 to 100%)

Luciole Medical is a leading medical device development company located in Zürich Switzerland. The company has a proprietary technology in NIRS and has developed a platform of devices to measure cerebral oxygenation and other hematologic parameters. The company obtained CE mark for its invasive brain monitoring system as well as for the non-invasive patch and is active in several hospitals. We are a small team of passionate health professionals.


Job description:

The candidate will be responsible for the administrative support of the team. This includes the support of the management and entire team in organizational matters.

The function includes but is not limited to:

o   Scheduling and planning: Management and team meetings, travels, Board meetings, AGM.

o   Office organization: Interface with external IT, furniture, PC, post, office supply

o   Support external accounting and invoice process

o   HR: manage HR topics such as working contracts, recruitment, work permit, holidays, sickness and pregnancy leave, expenses…

o   Support Executive Team in meeting preparation

o   Interface with board members, shareholders, doctors

o   Organizing business travel, congresses, company and customer events

o   Support special projects, marketing activities and digital platforms (e.g. company website and LinkedIn platform)



Report to CEO



o   Education in Business Administration or equivalent.

o   Fluent German and English, French would be a plus



o   Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

o   Very good MS Office knowledge and familiar with website and social network platforms management (e.g. LinkedIn)

o   Familiar with medical industry and start-up environment

The remuneration includes fix salary, performance bonus as well as participation in the company. Possibility of continuous education is supported by the company.
